The Amulet of the Dead is the sequel to the Book of the Dead, and is quite visually similar to its predecessor featuring 5 reels, 3 rows and 10 paylines. The symbols, both lower and higher value, are the same as in the Book of the Dead with addition of two new symbols in the Amulet of Dead and the Thoth wild symbol.

The Thoth wild can land only on reels 2, 3 and 4 and can substitute any regular symbol to form winning combinations. The wild can also land fully stacked, in which case it awards a multiplier of 2x, 3x or 4x depending on whether you land 1, 2 or 3 fully stacked Thoths.

Landing three or more Amulet of Dead symbols prompts a bonus round, in which one of the symbols is chosen at random to be the expanding symbol and when landed, it fills the reel and can make winning combinations.

After every single win, there is a gamble feature, which you can choose if you want to double up on your winnings. Selecting the gamble button, which is right next to the collect button, will open a new screen where you can either choose red or black, or you can choose a card suit. Opting to pick a colour can give you a multiplier of 2x if you pick correctly, whereas the suit will offer you 4x on a successful pick. Rich Wilde and The Tome Of Madness
